Telehealth Information

What Is Telehealth?

Without leaving the comfort of your home your health and pain management has never been easier with Telehealth. Using your phone or computer camera and microphone you are placed into a virtual waiting room for your telemedicine appointment. Once your doctor is available, he will then start the call with you and begin your telemedicine appointment.

Frequently asked Questions

How does Telehealth work?

It’s simple. All you need is a computer or cell phone with a working webcam and microphone.

Using your Google Chrome, or Firefox web browser, you can check in here. Upon your first telehealth visit you’ll need to give your browser permission to access your microphone and camera. A check in box will appear where you can enter your name so we know you’re there. You don’t need to create an account or download any software.

Is this secure?

Yes. The program we use for telehealth does not store Personal Health Information (PHP), and uses HIPPA and HITECH compliant servers. Becuase PHP is not stored, data cannot be stolen.

Will I need to download any software?

No. We use a point-to-point encryption based service, so there is no need to create an account or download any software.

Will I need a new link for every appointment?

No. The link will always remain the same, making it as easy as possible for you.
